UPCOMING DEADLINES

Grade 12 students who are graduating this year, hold a minimum overall average of 85% and demonstrate exceptional qualities of leadership, character and community commitment are open to apply for the Loran Award. This award is valued at a maximum of $100,000 and is renewable to up for four years towards a student's post secondary education. Each Loran Award includes an annual stipend of $10,000, a matching tuition waiver, access to funding and internships through the Loran Scholars summer program, invitations to annual gatherings and forums, and mentorship opportunities.

Student Loan Drop-In Sessions

The Student Connect Centre at Red Deer College offers free Student Loan drop-in sessions to students who would like some guidance while completing their full-time Alberta Student Aid application.
